I like this place. I go here when it's on sale. The pool, sauana, gym, free breakfast and free flavored water are all awesome. My only criticism is that the light bulbs in their bathrooms are not bright enough. Also it is pet friendly! Edit: I stayed here again and the experience is not as good. This place lacks consistency. I booked the **same** room as before and got a much smaller room with a much smaller tv and the faucet in the shower is weird. It is a shoebox of a room with a small tv. The breakfast this time was very underwhelming. Some of the main food items were empty. There was almost no fruit. For what it is, it is very overpriced. The room came with no toilet paper and no "do not disturb" sign. For what it is, it's very overpriced. The view is terrible but at least it's close to walmart.
Great hotel. Clean. Great amenities, including pool, hot tub, steam room, and bar and kitchen in the evening. Staff is polite and discreet.
Hotel is good, location is good since it's conveniently located by walmart and Timmins Square. Also a tim hortons. Just a few minutes walk though. Not long nor not short. But within my ideal range of distance. But, there is one issue. It's the internet. Yes it is good. But in terms of calling with friends and gaming with them. It lags, but not a lot. But, sometimes the internet likes to do the funny and I get disconnected from my call. But good for watching movies on 720p and watching live streams on 480p. Internet could use some work. But at the end. Beggers can't be choosers.
Rooms are a little small but clean and comfortable and quiet. Staff where all friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Not my first time staying here and won't be my last always enjoyable

We stayed at this hotel for two months due to an house fire and we couldn’t be happier with how the staff treated us. We were made to feel like family and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. There are just too many wonderful staff members to name. Every employee at this hotel is fantastic from the managers, to the front desk staff, to the bar staff, to the chamber maids, to the breakfast staff, and the maintenance staff. Everyone was kind and easy to talk to and always willing to assist with whatever we needed. We were happy to be moving to a bigger house but a part of us was sad to leave all of these wonderful people. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Clean and tidy. A little dated and florescent light so can be hard on the eyes. But there are lots of options for lights if needed.
Everything was great, enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub, rooms were clean and beds were comfy to sleep in, breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here and you have Walmart right behind you,Dollar Rama, Giant Tiger, and the Timmins Square in close proximity along with several restaurants plus there is a bar and restaurant in the building but I never went in there.
